This Privacy Policy explains how Influence Squared, LLC, which operates the Keith Hall Training registered DBA ("Keith Hall Training," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and safeguards information obtained from visitors to this website (the "Site"). Keith Hall Training is committed to handling your information with transparency and care, in accordance with applicable United States federal privacy law, including the Federal Trade Commission Act and the CAN-SPAM Act.
Information We Collect
Information you provide voluntarily: When you submit a Start a Conversation request through the Site, we may collect your full name, business email address, phone number, role, dealership or group name, team size, details you choose to share about your current challenge, and your acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Request and source information: We may record the submission date and time, a submission identifier, and approved source or campaign information included in the Site URL, such as the entry route, UTM parameters, referral source, or QR source. We use this information to understand the source and context of an inquiry. We do not intentionally include contact details in source or campaign attribution.
Application and hosting information: Replit, which provides the public application and hosting layer, may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser information, request records, and timestamps, subject to its own privacy practices.
Information we do not collect: We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial data through this Site. No ecommerce or financial transactions occur on this Site.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected through this Site is used to: (a) receive, verify, review, and respond to your Start a Conversation request; (b) assess whether training, leadership or manager development, reinforcement, or an Influence² systems conversation may be useful; (c) send the requested confirmation email and support Keith Hall's human follow-up; (d) maintain business records and protect the Site; and (e) comply with applicable legal obligations.
Submitting a request does not constitute consent to SMS marketing or automated nurture sequences. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the Site and process inquiries. Replit provides the public application and hosting layer. Mastermind Business Hub serves as the customer relationship management system of record for contact, opportunity, task, and workflow processing. Mastermind and LeadConnector email infrastructure support the requested confirmation email. These providers may process information on our behalf subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
The Site does not currently offer public scheduling or calendar booking, and it does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tools.
Optional videos on the Site are hosted by Vimeo. The Site does not request the Vimeo video player merely because you view the page or open a video dialog; it requests the player after you select “Load video.” Loading a video connects your browser to Vimeo to deliver it. The player uses Vimeo’s dnt=1 setting to reduce player session-data and analytics collection, but this does not prevent the connection or all cookies. Vimeo may use cookies essential to the player’s secure operation, and your browser may send Vimeo cookies stored during earlier visits. You can choose “Back to page” instead and continue using the page and Start a Conversation form without loading that video. Business-to-Business Context
This Site is directed exclusively at business professionals. Keith Hall Training does not target, market to, or knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We retain information submitted through this Site only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. Inquiry data is retained as reasonably necessary for business and operational purposes and is then securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
